I am a regular customer at this pharmacy, and i have to say I am not satisfied with the level of service I am getting from them. I have at present an issue with prescriptions and them being for filled, This is not the only issue i have the waiting times when you go to get a prescription is extremely long on occasions i have been sitting for half an hour and longer at some points when people that have come in behind me have had there prescriptions dealt with. I have picked up medications before that are on repeat and things have been missing and i have been accessed of not ordering them when i have requested my repeat, this is not the case why would i not order medication that i regularly have and have too take long term. I have opened my bag on occasions and found medication that i no longer take in my bag when they have been told i no longer take that medication. I have been told to return to the chemist when i have gone to collect medications that are meant to be there and are not, only to telephone them before leaving the house for the return journey to find they don't have the items in stock and i have to wait another day for them. I have been accessed of not picking prescriptions up when i have and there is a bag waiting for me to pick up which is not needed. They were informed on a Wednesday before the Monday that a repeat prescription is needed and i turned up at the chemist on the Monday to be told the prescription isn't there and that i would need to return to the chemist later that day. I called before leaving the house to find they had my prescription but not the medication i needed desperately for that day and i would have to either collect the prescription and travel over a mile away to go to another chemist to get it or wait for the next day. I have chronic knee pain my only mode of transport at present is a bicycle and the medication i need is a controlled drug. i find it unsatisfactory that a client that has a controlled drug to ease pain has to be denied medication for a day when they have had sufficient warning my prescription is due. with my experience that i have had with this chemist i would not recommend it due to the issues i have had with them.
