I have recently moved to this area and moved prescriptions to this chemist. Why does it take seven day to get a prescription. I have never known such unhelpful staff. Its like they are trained in Morrisons to be rude and surely to the customer. When you go to pick up your scripts they seem to always have a job to find it or it is not ready. There always seems lots of staff but still have a long wait .I hate writing reviews like this but I really do dread going to this chemist. I am now going to have them delivered by one of the online services.

Prescriptions sat here over a week, then to be told when you go an collect it, theyve had to order it, so I would be left without no meds for days. Given incorrect medication received no apology or reassurance it wont happen again. Most staff are not customer focussed, you are either ignored or made to feel that you are an inconvenience.

Absolutely terrible. Plenty of staff but can't make a prescription up in 3 days .Issued on a Tuesday told to come back Friday went Friday still not ready .Says wait 2 days from issuing to collecting best change that to minimum of 4 days . Some time management needs to happen .Things would speed up and use less staff
