Do not complete repeat prescriptions until you go in and ask for it. After 8 days of having the repeat prescription they still had not dispensed the items. Might as well collect prescription from GP and take it the pharmacy and wait for it to be dispensed. Useless. What’s the point of having a nominated chemist for repeat prescriptions?

I went to pick up a prescription and was told to sit down and wait. I waited well over an hour, after everyone else was dealt with. Apparently the prescription had been made up and shoved in a drawer. It was after I had complained that the item was looked for. No apology was given. I was the last person in the place at this time. The Customer care seems to be none existent.
