I ordered my prescription via telephone just over a week ago a young assistant took my request, wondering where my prescription is a week later I Thought there might be some delay because of the bank holiday.Called the pharmacy 3 times with no reply so I called my GPS surgery to see if script had been ordered, prescription hadn’t even been ordered.To say this pharmacy is shambolic is an understatement this is the 2nd time in a row they have bodged up my prescription bring back Dudley Rd pharmacy no problems at all with them Please get your act together | |||||||

Absolutely terrible service takes days to complete scripts which leads to breaks in my medication, the overweight woman behind the counter at Rowley Village branch seems overwhelmed by the workload and should free the job up for a more competent person as she just isn't coping, maybe some weight loss might give her some get up and go and motivation to work for her wage . | |||||||
