My bought eye's drop and it has got short date but and we I don't want that type one but he try to return it at the second day even still valid to use not expired but they reject So is that acceptable way to reject customer they don't want something even still sealed

This pharmacy is shocking and actually dangerous in that they have yet to deliver the correct medication on time despite being Called prior to them being due. This has left a vulnerable adult without heart medication on several occasions. They send blister packs when it suits and on many occasions have forgotten to do this, and for service users with memory issues this could be a harmful mistake. The pharmacist is rude when speaking over the phone and they take no responsibility for their errors!
