Just shocking. Removed parents blister pack despite both being listed as vulnerable by their GP surgery which is literally over the road from this pharmacy. Never contacted the GP to discuss. Wanted to charge me £28 for reinstating the blister packs. I spoke to other pharmacies in the Peterborough area and they were shocked at the treatment and said this should never have happened. I contacted Pharmacy First to speak to the manager but was met with a wall of excuses. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole! |

There were 3 items on my prescription. I tried Boots, they told me to come back in 2 hours. Tried an independant pharmacy near Boots, 1 hour. Walked up to Pharmacy First and the prescription was filled in 5 minutes. The pharmacists are uniformly excellent and the staff are all very professional. |

I have been a regular customer of this pharmacy for years now and can honestly not praise it enough, I never had to worry about forgetting to order my medication as they always did it for me and it would then be delivered, even if I took a new prescription in they would ask if I wanted to wait or would I like it delivered a little later. The staff are always helpful and kind and are not sales driven which makes such a nice change. The staff recognise me when I walk in and always ask me how I am doing. The only negative is that my Drs surgery have changed it’s policy on repeat prescriptions and they have to be ordered by the patient, which is not ideal for me with my mental health issues as I don’t always order the right ones, where as the pharmacy used to be able to sort it all out and took that stress off my plate Original Comment Report... |
