The standard of service is shameful. Both the pharmacist and the staff seem to constantly change. There is absolutely no work ethic. The pharmacist is always surrounded by groups who prefer social banter among themselves with no regard to stress endured by the pharmacist or for the people who are awaiting medication, no matter how critical things get, the staff treat customers like an inconvenience. This pharmacy use to operate with, efficiency, accuracy and provide an excellent standard of customer service with half the staff! Rules and regulations change, covid has contributed, but surely neither of these should have made such a drastic change to the job description or delivering on the job description that staff are now recruited for.

I gave Royston Hall the pharmacy a bad review before but it appears to have got worse. My wife went there earlier this week to collect my prescription of insulin and paracetamol and was told it was there but as the pharmacist was at lunch she couldn't be given the items. I went to collect it tonight only to be told that there was only half of it was there so as it was all there earlier in the week where has it gone. They must have given my items to someone else When questioned about it the pharmacist informed me that I can always go somewhere else. When I said is that how you do business he said I have just given you the option which I will now take and urge others to follow me and use another pharmacy as there are plenty of others in Northfield
