Went in today to pick up a perception and never in my life have a been made to feel so uncomfortable, it was for my thermally I’ll mum and when I asked about the oral medicine as she is finding it hard to swallow , I was told well if she dosent drink then it won’t help her and walked off !!!! I was fuming that someone of his background and having to deal with the public can be so cold and heartless !!!! Even the staff there looked in shock . I walked out of there in tears that someone can be so hurtful to another person that has just found out there mum is dying and to add to that when I walked in and he saw the perception he said ( oh that was your dad here earlier then was it ???? I told him she needs to use these etc ) . I am totally gobsmacked and I will never use go in there again !!! I hope one day he dosent have to fill that hurtfulness I felt today just trying to get my mum some medicine and some information .
