I have had to change to a different pharmacy as it was consistently terrible service. When you telephone, they leave the phone ringing for hours and I eventually had to get Asda customer service to go and ask them to answer the phone!!!! Even when they answer they are not friendly and verging on rude. I have asked for repeat prescriptions and told to collect in a week and when you go back they have no prescription or record of you requesting it. Therefore having to wait 2 weeks for meds. It got to the point i was getting anxious trying to get my meds. Have now changed to Laly's and it's like a breath of fresh air. I'm treated like a human with kind staff who treat you like a person. This pharmacy should be closed or a serious shake up is needed. This is serious as some people could die if they don't get urgent medications. Seriously needs looking at before they cause a death.

I have telephoned, this pharmacy today over 5 hours,but cannot an answer. It just rings out or says busy, if it's busy, why does it ring out. The pharmacy is a scandal, it should not be in operation, over the years we have had so many problems with them over the years, im surprised they are still allowed to operate. The turn over of staff is incredible, no wonder they have problems

it needs to up their game , perhaps a bigger premises!!its like they are in a cupboard, and I have been told its on the floor, we cant find it at the mo.!! had to complaint twice now to health care watchdog, but nothing seems to change, they are so cavalier with what is important medications and people expect to access those, not be told its on order we haven't got it!! or come back later !! not professional and playing with peoples lives. I have seen a woman in tears because she was turned away, you have empty premises in that centre why cant you provide a decent chemist!! or would that cost you money!!.
