No one answers the phone hardly. There is a weeks long wait after ordering repeat prescription. Also asked for address date of birth in front of other customers.

Been using this chemist for over 20 years, don’t know what’s happening lately, order repeat at doctors wait 3-4 days go to pick it up, never ready say wil have to pick it up later, and lately the queues are terrible can be 12 to 15 people in the queue, if it’s near lunch time around 12,30 lady behind counter says not doing anymore now come back for it this afternoon, you go go and wait again in a similar size queue , why has it gone so bad never used to be like this, doesn’t seem to be short staffed, think they need more than one on the counter myself , to. Olle the your prescription you have to allow 30-45 minutes , which they should already be made up making it 10-15 mins

The worst chemist I have ever been in prescriptions are never ready days after ordering always can you come back late that's allright if you live round the corner I have to get a taxi to get there even after phoning to make sure it's ready when I get there can you wait till we make it up can not ask taxi to wait as it's to expensive
