I don't think I'll be using this pharmacy again, despite it being very near my home. When you arrive no one behind the counter acknowledges your presence. Often have to wait more than 5 minutes before they service you. No pleasantries or politeness from any of the staff. Very slow service; had to wait nearly 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the item in stock.

I went to this pharmacy on a Saturday to collect my prescription and the service was awful. Considering I only had 1 item to collect and there was hardly anyone else in the queue, I had to wait 25 minutes. I also had to listen to the two pharmacists talking about their weekend plans and what yoga sessions they attend in Cheltenham! I found this to be completely unprofessional. The 2 store assistants were however very helpful and friendly. I would only recommend using this store if you need to pick up off-the-shelf items.
