I was unable to get an appointment with the surgery so today I called next door at the pharmacy to get some advice. Everyone was clearly very busy and run off their feet with it being Easter weekend. I did have to wait as there was a long queue of people waiting for prescriptions, but when my turn came and I spoke to the pharmacist I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very reassuring. She was obviously in great demand, but I appreciate the time she found to spend with me. Thank you, a great service
