AVOID THIS PHARMACY GUYS!! I just moved to Tottenham last year as with a newborn baby therefore i didn’t really get a chance to explore the area, when i moved i had to find a gp and pharmacy and they suggested me this pharmacy lol, this was in 2021 when EVERYTHING WAS OPEN AND NO MASK, so i found it strange that they were serving us with the doors closed but ok i guess. Ever since then i have been asking for repeat prescriptions and whenever i do they never seem to get it lol it’s a hassle for them to pick up the phone and answer questions and whenever they do they tell you that they need to order it lol not even baby ointment such as oilatum that every pharmacy has they never seem to have it they always have to order, today was my breaking point the man that works there has no respect whatsoever i was in a excruciating pain, i called and asked if my prescriptions were sent there this man was so rude and hang up on me and then proceeded to tell me to call back in 5 min as he was busy, lol what? And guess what once again they didn’t get my prescription just like they never do, upgrade your damn computers and workers you guys are the WORST! I’ve changed my pharmacy and i hope you guys do too, Dowsett pharmacy is great, clean, open and staff is lovelyand you can actually get inside and chat to people not through windows like we’re visiting inmates in prison. Bye, hope to never see you guys ever again! Ridiculous customer service!!!
