Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I regularly collect prescriptions from Well Pharmacy. The staff are all lovely and ready to help if there's any problems with prescriptions. Very convenient location as it's opposite Gaywood House Surgery. Original Comment Report... Although when open the staff are fantastic...but what kind of pharmacy is closed on a saturday?! (i can't get my meds until monday now!) pathetic of the actual owners...Well (whoever you are, are rubbish) Original Comment Report... Unfortunately, our opening hours for weekends is set by the local NHS Authority as per their policy to ensure adequate pharmacy services being available in a given area. Been to many pharmacies, and always felt like a number in a deli queue, , no I don't want a Sandwich with crisps and a drink, I want medical advice and my prescription - Never heard of WELL until now but I can say right now, I will be going to WELL every time
