I think that the staff training needs improvement, I've found that some of them seemed to have little knowledge of what they are supposed to be dealing with. Having said that, pre pandemic I dealt with most of the othe pharmacies in Sale and can't say any of them were great.

I use this Pharmacy as designated provider and have never been disappointed with service. Very prompt, good problem solving where needed, go the extra mile, and I've seen excellent practice when dealing with special need clients. 5 *
