I don’t normally leave reviews but felt this one was needed. Pinfold has been my chemist for a number of years but I visited today and the change was refreshing. The new staff are so welcoming and the shop is now very well stocked and doesn’t look like it’s been robbed.

This is the worst pharmacy ever, ever month I have to phone for my stepdad prescription I dread it I’m sure they take the phone off the hook, can never get through then when I go to collect there just chatting, hopeless is not the word. Takes them a week to get your stuff in a bag, they obviously shouldn’t be taking on all the customers because they clearly can’t handle it, avoid like the plague, rude ignorant lazy bitchy

Very unapproachable staff, they never crack a smile or offer a friendly manner. As a customer, I always feel that I am unwelcome and nothing but a hindrance. The pharmacist has been condescending and smarmy on a number of occasions. I have taken my custom elsewhere.
