I've been using this pharmacy for about 5 years and never had any issues. They're always friendly when I visit and very helpful. One issue I had a while ago was staff standing in the car park smoking, not a good advert for and company selling smoking cessation kits. This seems to have stopped now, or they just go round the back. Someone mentioned a chap being unprofessional over the phone back in March. The only male there is not unfriendly, a little abrupt, that's his nature, but he's very good at what he does. If I had one small complaint, it's about prescriptions. Sometimes if they don't go through and they can't find, there's a danger of you going back and forth to the surgery and getting the same answer both ends We issued it the pharmacy have it & We don't have it, the reception have it, which has happened on more than one occasion. There's a good selection of over the counter medicines and everyone seems to know what they're talking about or, if not, they are quick to go seek advice.
