Went in to pick up my wife's prescription and after standing at the counter for what seemed like an eternity I asked if anyone was serving and got a dirty look off a girl in there and told they were busy searching for other people. There looked like about 10 staff milling around in the back and two of them were loudly bickering about how they do not like each other while others were helping to stir the situation. Most unproffesional group of staff I have ever witnessed. Walked out in the end before I lost my temper as did not want to cause a scene that would of rivaled the staffs level of behaviour.

Staff never know what they're doing, Constant delays with tablets, had to go many times now without. Say that repeat prescriptions haven't come through despite having the phone records.

I am sorry that you have not received the level of service that you expect and which we aim to provide. Unfortunately there are isolated occasions when we may not be able to obtain the medicines you require when you need them. In these circumstances our staff do attempt to obtain stock from other sources and where this is unsuccessful, our staff (with your consent) can liaise with your prescriber for alternative options. Wherever possible, our staff would try to ensure you do not 'go without' your medicine.
