In August I needed more eye drops following a cataract op, The doctor sent the prescription, I didn't get a call so I went in five days later, They said come back the next day, When I returned on the Saturday morning of a bank holiday weekend they returned my prescription and said they didn't have the drops, So I was left with the prospect of running out over the weekend. The pharmacy up the road towards Croydon in the left hand side helped me and told me where I could get the prescription it was a bus ride away. I'm 79 , but hey who cares? not Swan that's for sure . It used to be a great pharmacy its useless now and doesn't have good management , as usual the young staff are getting the blame its the rich owners who need targeting, take your custom elsewhere. We've been going there over 30 years

They no longer answer the phone but put you to voicemail instead. You leave a message but they can’t be a***ed to get back to you. Since this once excellent pharmacy came under the Alphega umbrella its standards have slumped. It is now a sick joke which should be shut down as no longer being fit for purpose. Avoid like the plague

I had a fall on Saturday. Cut open both knees and some fingers just around the corner from Swan Pharamcy. I am on blood thinners so will bleed more than most!! I went into swan Pharamcy asking for assistance, any dressings and something to help me clean myself up. There answer was NO we don’t do that!!! You want help go to the walk-in centre!!!! I had to buy plasters and antiseptic wipes and my son & I had to do it ourselves. They are meant to be in the medical field!!! (Yes they are not nurses or doctors). But someone comes in with lots of blood over them and they offer nothing!!! Absolutely disgusted with them!
