I went to collect a prescription ordered on the 21 March and due to be picked up on 28 March. This is an ongoing prescription … post cancer surgery. No text was sent to me regarding collection so I left it for two days. Today April 1 ….. I called at Boots to enquire as to the whereabouts of these tablets only to find a notice on the door of the chemist saying they were closed for the day !!! Surely an organisation as large as Boots, serving a large community and the surrounding areas, should be able to organise staff to keep open to the public. SHAME ON YOU

Worst customer service I experienced anywhere. In fact I have used this chemist on . Several occasions. Rudely spoken to not made to feel welcome. I work in customer service myself. Watch women be reasonably nice to women in front of me then when it was my turned to be served her attitude & manners were appalling. Get out of customer service world clearly staff not equipped or professional enough to be advertising under the name of boots. I intend to speak out next time I walk in the shop. I don’t have to put up with that rudeness. Nor should anyone else .
