This pharmacy has always been understaffed , it deals with over 10,000 items a month , I’ve witnessed customers being rude and unreasonable, they don’t seem to understand that a prescription doesn’t transmit straight to the pharmacy selected but goes via the NHS hub, at any one time there can be a huge number of drugs out of stock everywhere due to manufacturers not supplying. Lloyds Pharmacy saw this branch as a cash cow because of the low staffing costs and now they’ve gone broke and all branches are up for sale. I have always allowed sufficient time for the surgery to produce and the pharmacy to handle and dispense my medication, and not had an issue , it’s not rocket science - Your prescription is not the only one they have to deal with.
