I bought ultra sun lotion for £35, I took him and was lumpy I I called that day to explain it was lumpy she then proceeded to tell me “it was fine” and that if I had a problem I should send back direct to the lotion company ! I said she should not make me inconvenience myself to do this and I want to swap it or get a refund she said ok to come back. I came back in today and the other 2 that were out were also lumpy. She refused to test this herself and kept saying there were fine over and over again . How could she have known this without even trying it !! She then told me I was a liar and that I have bought back in an old lotion from December !!! She could see it was full in the box with the chemist logo on it !! She was extremely rude and passive aggressive. The manager was there and allowed this treatment of a customer to happen . I left feel extremely upset that I was called a liar . Disgusting service and I will never be returning again.
