The staff are good, but there are not enough of them and you have to wait ages to get to the counter and then ages to get your prescription No matter what time of day, it is always busy!!.Even if you get through on the phone on the odd occasion, the prescription is never ready when they say it will be, and you then have to wait ages for it to be made up. They need extra staff in the chemist. Who has got 45 minutes to an hour to wait. Day Lewis need to sort this out.

It’s important that the staff realise they are not doctors. Several times I’ve had my prescriptions denied, even been re-routed out of county. Some of my medication is life saving, and shouldn’t be arbitrarily stopped.
