Don't use if you can find an alternative. Awful service and it doesn't communicate with GP if prescription items unavailable. No apology. Out right lied to me too many times and have even given my meds to someone else! Lucky if it answers phone. Doesn't update customers as asked to when problems arrive. Now had surgery cancelled twice as it took so long to get meds. Finally gp had to use alternative pharmacy and gave me tracking number to ensure any problems can be traced to the source. I didn't know that was possible, to be fair, I've only just changed GP but it's giving me peace of mind.
