firstly the staff member was very polite but did not have the right card to process a email code prescription.i was asked to wait while a colleague was called down, fine.when finally this did happen 5-10 mins they realised they did not have the specific esomeprazole quoted on my prescription so we’re unable to dispense me an alternative. Annoying but I understand why.The next bit is the frustrating part, I was told that the code would be emailed bk to me so I could gather the medication from another pharmacy. Excellent, had this been completed correctly. At next pharmacy they told me it was still with Babylon hill, so I have now called said boots pharmacy umpteen times covering a four hour period for a total time of 30mins with no answer. Have had to buy over the counter in the meantime until I can drive 20 mins to this location. Might be a one off but I won’t be using again.
