Lived in Alford 10 years now. Have to say this chemist is the worst ever. It is quite normal to call up to three times a day for repeat prescriptions. Often waiting for 45 minutes each time. The staff always rooting about unable to find the medication. This branch seems to have a high staff turnover. Alford is crying out for a reputable, reliable branch. We have many unoccupied premises. Boots, co-op, independent s. Please help.

Called at chemist this morning, not open because all staff off with covid . Apparently they are going to open at 1pm , unsure were the staff ate going to come from ? Lady explained that shop closed as herself and a pharmacist were the only staff there , bearing in mind we’re talking about Alford, the entire street is empty and it’s raining, question is how many staff do they need ? , gotta be honest this is not an isolated bad experience, place is an absolute joke and may as well close down for what use it is .

Unprofessional, kept waiting at counter medication never available, never answer the fone. Loads of people in dispensery area chatting among themselves. Hate this chemist!
