Requesting to purchase antibiotic eyedrops for a troubling eye infection. The pharmacist felt that in their opinion there was nothing wrong with my eye. They were acting on very basic and limited assessment. They refused to sell me the product but did not give any further advice on what should be done. I managed to purchase from another pharmacy and now feel the benefit of recovering from infection. My concern regarding this pharmacy is the way and quality of advice given to customers. We are often told to avoid GP appointments and A&E if possible and speak to the pharmacist unfortunately on this occassion the pharmacist was lacking in assessment and advice. Their attitude was arrogant and lacked the listening skill that should be expected from a professional.
