I called in on Tuesday to collect a prescription I'd ordered the previous Thursday at the GP.. As always it wasn't ready. The assistant told me they only received it yesterday (Tuesday) although the prescription comes directly to the chemist through the online system so unlikely. I was told to come back the next day (Wednesday) but wasn't given the option to wait while they prepared it bearing in mind there were 4 people waiting - that's obviously too much of a rush for them to fulfill repeat preccriptions. Now I have to return to collect my tablets but I will give them an extra day as i know they wont be ready on Wednesday. Thank goodness I can drive and ordered the prescription well in advance so I have enough medication to last through this utter fiasco. Some people won't be so lucky so dont know what happens to them. I wouldn't mind but there are 5 assistants who stand behind their little prep island and are doing nothing except gossiping. I shall be transferring my business elsewhere once I get my order this time!! I'm fed up of being messed around every time I go jn which is on a monthly basis and I've had enough.

Seem to not answer phone at most times, it takes me and my family to phone for pur prescriptions only to be told they still aren't ready on the date that was stated they'd be done by. They seemed to also be rude about me phoning several times due to anxiety around organizing things round my routine since they didn't answer or put the phone down. They've once gotten someone's medications mixed up with ours and it was worrying.
