Repeat prescription issue...tried phoning over 30 times, told unable to take call????left messages on repeat prescription order line on two occasions...no prescription...no one got back to me... Was obliged to visit pharmacy in person...told problem lies with GP...as a result of visit to pharmacy contacted coronavirus.... Non of this was inevitable IF they had bothered to answer phone...been with Magrath for over 40 years...ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTED WITH THEIR LACK OF CARE OR CONSIDERATION... I expected more from them...GP states repeat prescription passed to Magrath on 03.03.2023...still has not been processed...

After going to this chemist after seeing the doctor for a prescription to be told to come back in an hour then to be told didn't have one item so left the prescription to be picked up the next day went back again to pick up the prescription which i had to wait fifteen minutes for, different staff from the day before was asked to write down name and address, staff seemed to be just milling around 'too many cooks...' overheard one saying cant find this/that eventually was given prescription to find when I got home two items missing so got to go back again, absolutely poor service.
