Having visited the Morrison's pharmacy this week, I have felt compelled to share what a lovely experience I had. I had a skin issue on my leg for a week and decided to pop in to ask for some advice on how to treat it and try and resolve. I have a negative history when dealing with any person who gives advise on medical matters so was naturally apprehensive and anxious.... However, I spoke to a lady. WOW - what a empathetic and understanding person. She provided confidential information and asked me to go into the Private Consulting room and even got the pharmacist to come and have a look. She seemed to understand my anxiousness and reluctance to visit any medical profession and was respectful of that. The advice she gave me and also what I need to do, including repercussions if not done, was said to me in a way I could understand. Her knowledge of medical and conditions of the body showed her competence and I am grateful of that. I would say the advise is on par with what I would have got, if not more than my GP. So, thank you to this lady and the team at Morrison's Pharmacy, for your help. I am on the road to recovery!
