Hello,
It is the second time in a row that the delivery haven't arrived.
First schedule on the 18 sept that never arrived. No notification about it.
I had to reschedule by phone - The email address on the website is not working.
Secondary delivery supposed to be the 2 oct. - Receive no medecine again. No notification and have just one injection left.
I had to reschedule by phone again - The call center coudn't give me an answer about why the delivery haven't be done cos the system wasn't loading.
The good point is that call center is very polite and helpfull.

I telephoned today with a query about going on holiday and if a letter was required to take with me for clearance at the airport,I was reassured by the person i spoke to on the phone about this,they were really helpful and have arranged for a letter to be sent to me.
I have phoned the helpline on a few occasions before and have always found the customer care assistants very helpful and reassuring so please thank them all for what they do. Original Comment Report... |

Healthcare at home is all very new to me but I am really happy with the service they have provided so far. The hospital told me I would be starting a new medication from home and that I should expect a phone to arrange everything. Within 1 week Hah phoned me, they arranged my first and second delivery dates and booked in for the nurse to come see me for my training. The medication arrived when it should and gave me all the info I needed to know. The day of the nurse coming I recieved a message in the morning and a phone call a little later from him as he was running a little late. The visit went very well and the nurse was fantastic. I have a fear of injections but he made me feel really at ease and reassured me constantly. He was very professional and went through everything with me. I was worried that I wouldn't get the same service at home as what you would in a hospital but I'm pleasently surprised. This nurse was caring and compassionate and brilliant at his job.
