Went in early morning, waited at the till for 5 mins whilst the young assistant was messing about behind the pharmacy counter. He knew I was waiting but didn’t even acknowledge me. I walked out in the end as clearly they do not care. Use any other pharmacy than this one. They also ask you to shout your address out when collecting prescriptions - so much for data protection!!!!!!!

I have visited this pharmacy before in the past about 1-2 years ago and was looked after well, which is mainly my reason I was so shocked at my recent visit, where have all the nice well trained girls gone ?? I was greeted by a rather scruffy, grumpy lady lolling all over the counter like her life depended on it and to my amazement she snorted at me and scurried off out the back like she had not seen me!!! How rude!!! When someone did finally acknowledge me (sorry I broke up your little chit chat) I was told my medication was not ready, why? I know how long you have had it the surgery showed me the signature!! I then went on to sit and wait and watch a lot of people come in and get the same "don't give a damn" treatment I had just received. The shop is a total mess and is a complete thieves paradise because there was no staff in it, they were all laughing and joking together in the back when the shop is full of angry customers !! I have to say that if staff behaved in this nature where I worked they would be out the door!! I had heard locally about how this shop had gone down hill, lets just say myself, family and friends will not be using you anymore!! Shocked is an understatement !!!

Visited today during my lunch break to pick up a repeat prescription, to be told that there was no pharmacist to sign off the medication due to him being at the ‘chippy.’ I need these tablets today so I said I’ll wait as I haven’t had them for 4 days (my fault I know, I know...).
