Slowly got worse mistakes prescriptions never ready or missing an item got to the point ive had enough stuck with them for 20 years used to be friendly not anymore .its not worth the effort especially if you have a long term illness and its sometimes not easy to get back going to the scott practice one now

July 2022 The lady who has recently been put in charge of this pharmacy has the most barking voice, gruff attitude and no manners whatsoever. Today she has barked at the two unfortunate colleagues as well as myself. My crime was to be the third person entering the premises. There was a sign saying only two people allowed but there are that many cheap hand written signs all over the doors and surfaces that they become unimportant by there numbers. She has previously been rude and abrupt but today was a step too far. I have now, after many years switched pharmacy. I do not know her name but you only have to encounter her to know of whom i am speaking. Such a shame she’s employed there. It used to be a nice place to visit and friendly staff. I wish her poor colleagues well.
