I have been visiting Harfluers chemist now for nearly 11 years! I am always treated with the upmost respect & you can even ask for a private room for confidentiality if you're not comfortable discussing your ailment around other customers. The staff always go above & beyond for me. They have a wide knowledge of medications and are always happy to recommend which one is best for you. Clearly the staff are happy to work here as they have all been the main staff since I have attend, so much so they make a point to remember you & know me by my 1st name & always remember my prescriptions & dosage which is excellent considering the amount of customers that walk through the door. I have witnessed that each & every customer receive the same high standard of care & service. The pharmacist & assistant are exceptional members of the team and I have had not one issue. My prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy (and although sometimes the prescription hasn't arrived by the time I get to Harfluers) but any problems they staff are happy to phone my GP surgery and arrange for my prescription to be sent, which is a great help as it takes the stress away from the client. Visit harfluer & you will not be disappointed with their amazing service. I actually feel like part of the Harfluers family. Thank you harfluers much appreciated

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and absolutely love the individuals that work there. They are always so welcoming and have such a caring attitude. Consistency and trust is very important to me especially with my health and the health of my children, and Harfleur at Tower bridge road provide me with just that. I find that certain individuals go beyond great customer service and really look after customers to give a personal touch. Empathetic and reliable they are very community orientated and effective . I always know that if I need any advice or products i will find it there. I am so greatful to have such a brilliant chemist on my doorstep and feel very lucky to have such a dedicated friendly approachable team of professional that are excellent at their jobs.
