I have used the services of this pharmacy for quite a while as it is the most conveniently located pharmacy for me, but I do not recommend it. Never am I able to retrieve a new prescription without going in at least three separate times, and sometimes it takes three visits to get a simple repeat prescription even when registered for their repeat prescription service. The text service for repeat prescriptions doesn't work reliably. Lots of excuses are made, and while you do not want to accuse anyone of lying, after you watched a doctor or nurse in the surgery send a prescription electronically, it is hard to understand how the pharmacy then says no request was sent. The same sort of thing happens with paper prescriptions. You are sent away over and over to chase up life-saving medications. I am currently wrangling for a final prescription (already on my third trip over there to get it and second request to the doctor's surgery to resend) and then never again.
