The worst chemist I've ever been to. Very rude stuff and didn't know what they were doing so unorganised. I had my vaccine booked for 3:40 I was only 3 minutes late and they didn't let me in and started having a go at me and told me to book another appointment when I had travelled 30 minutes just to get there honestly unacceptable the way they were speaking to me and the rudeness. Never in my life have I had an experience like this before. In every way it is the worst chemist and will never be going again!! | |||||||

Having lived in the area for 4 years I have always found Crayhill to offer a very efficient pharmacy service. The unit itself is kept clean and well stocked and there always seem sufficient staff to provide good customer service. Recently I have had a medical condition that has necessitated auto prescriptions from my GP. This is a quick and easy process. Today I'm particular I sought the advice of the pharmacist in relation to my prescription but also sought advice on my condition and how the prescribed medications would impact. The pharmacist was not only extremely knowledgeable but also extremely personable, considerate and kind. Really impressed with this and the consistent professionalism of all the team there. There seemed to be rather a lot of staff doing things (I don't know what) and just ignoring customers,, i would of thought they would say so sorry will be with you in a minute,,,,,,, felt I was standing there like a lemon?? When a member of staff was available she just told me to wait for my medication,, it was electonity sent by my GP one day before,, they had trouble finding it,, I just think they need to take a course of customer service,, no one likes to be ignored,, | |||||||
