Was told they would sort out prescription for different dosage as they didn’t have any of the 20mg I needed 6 days later still not done so will have to do myself which is what I should have done 6 days ago,not vey helpful just told to phone dr and that everyone who needs these pills is in same boat.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. Went to ask for a refund for a payment made for £100 and they wouldn’t give it. Did not lawfully take the customer through the returns policy. Basically stole my money. Furthermore, they did not stop another customer from being rude to the customer so were allowing a verbal altercation to happen on the premises. 100% would not recommend this pharmacy.

My GP sent a prescription over for antibiotics & steroids at 2.30pm on a Friday as I’m having trouble breathing & I’m self isolating due to Covid. I have COPD & therefore can not go out. I called Saturday at 1pm & spoke to pharmacist to find out where my medication is only to be told I will have to wait till Monday for it which is 3 days Without it as no one delivers on a Saturday but there staff do deliver in the week & could have popped it over Friday as I live oppersite. I’ve now got to wait & hope I don’t get any worse as I could end up in hospital which is the last place I want to be cause if I catch Covid I could die. I feel terrible but have no way of getting my medication. I will be changing my chemist for my regular medication from now on & I am shocked at the lack of care I have received at this time where the vulnerable need help. Up until my self isolating I always collected my medication even when I was not at all well as I don’t like to put people out but it just goes to show it’s all about the money for this chemist.
