I went to buy my medication at Boots Ballard walk and was told to wait for the 2nd medication which was on the same prescription. The pharmacist took a while before she could find the 1st medication and went to ask with another colleague. Finally they found the medication. She handed over the medication without saying anything about the 2nd one. I waited for 5 mins so went back to her to ask if the 2nd medication is available as I was unsure what was going on as the pharmacist started serving other clients without any instructions on the 2nd one. After 12 mins I went back to ask her about the 2nd medication and was told it's coming. I waited again. The queue wasn't that long but still the waiting time was long. They kept on looking for medications for other clients at the back to locate the medications. Time was going by and I had to go back to work. The girl at the back counter was rude. She was dispensing the medications but don't have any respect for clients. When was asked why the waiting time was long (25 mins after) I paid , she responded in a rude manner and said 25 mins is nothing and told me she is not suppose to give me explanation on the delay to dispense the medication and argued rudely. If we going to buy medication is because of being unwell and she added stress on me as a client with her baseless arguments. Instead of apologising for the delay she was arguing without any manners and kept on and on. I was there waited for nearly 30 mins to get my 2nd medication dispense to me!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staffs doesn't seems to care about the number clients waiting in the queue. I have bought medications in other pharmacies but never experienced this type of services.Other pharmacists are very helpful and professional and if we need to wait , we are being asked politely even though uf its just a 4 mins wsiting time and get an apologise by the pharmacist when delivering the medications unlike the rude services received from Boots Ballards Walk. Will never used them again!
