The Well Chemist Derby Street Leek . The staff are allways so helpfull. To name one is so unfair they are all 100% I viisit the shop most weeks. John Bridgett

Upon recently visiting Well Derby Street in Leek I was pleasantly surprised. I had previously been a loyal customer however due to their clear lack of organisation and direction I moved to a local competitor also located on the high street. Today begrudgingly I returned to my former chemist due to my regular being on their lunch. I have never been so pleasantly surprised in my time in Leek. The pharmacist present was polite and engaging, they provided the clearest advice I'd had from any other chemist before and nothing seemed too much trouble despite them (still) being short staffed. The pharmacist explained the plans going forward and it is clear this place has potential. I have returned to Well Derby Street once again and hope to encounter the same service time and time again! Bravo! if the future of pharmacy is in your hands we will be in good hands.
