This branch has to be one of the most disorganised and unreliable I have been to. Over the past year only once has my regular repeat prescription been ready for me to collect, every other time you have to wait whilst they find the prescription and then wait until they have made it up and this is giving them a weeks notice. I have to check my prescription items before leaving the chemist because despite a specific brand being stated they do not always adhere to this and they have had to change it whilst I waited. I now give the chemist at least a week from when they receive the prescription but even this is not a timeframe that they can work within. We have just had 2 trips to this chemist and they have had my partners prescription for a week and half, on the first visit they couldn't find the prescription and said they didn't have it, on checking with the surgery next door who had tracked the prescription, it was found that they did in fact have it over a week ago. We returned the next day for them to repeat having to look for the prescription and then to be told they did not have the prescribed tablets. I don't know why this wasn't discovered on receipt of the prescription or my partner contacted, my partner now has no prescribed tablets for the weekend because of this failing.. I am seriously considering changing to another chemist because of the consistent failings with this branch, other branches in the area have proved to be very reliable, I have not come across this much disorganisation and being ill prepared before.
