They do not answer the phone and the voicemail tells you no messages can be left. Trying for nearly two hours now. Dreadful service

They text me saying my prescription is ready but on arrival can never find it?? My husband is in receipt of pension credit so there fore as his wife I get free prescriptions and have at the same said chemist since it opened years ago but for some reason lately they feel the need to ask on collection why I don't pay and if the shop is full I find very embarrassing for them to air my private status publicly I have on a number of occasions asked for them to make a note on the computer so they don't need to keep asking but no that's obviously for whatever reason to hard.so me and my husband will no longer be using there so called good services which is a shame because up until recently it was a really good and efficient chemist .
