Missing items every month, leaving my husband without vital medicines he needs to basically keep him alive. They lie every month they have only just recieved the prescription when in fact every time they have had it 2 weeks already, always something missing out my husbands prescription but are told every time that they know it was delivered to us because they have an app that is extremely accurate and it tells them when it's been delivered ( obviously the app doesn't work let alone extremely accurate ) my husband has been over 48 hours without medication and it has made him really poorly so I rang them to make a formal complaint to be shouted at by a pharmacist and told its my fault the NHS is in the state that it is and to go ahead and make a complaint. I've had to ring so many times and request my missing items to be told they will give me half has a goodwill gesture then I find out they have gone to my husbands doctor and got a new prescription for the item they had to resend out so in fact have been paid twice for that item. I'm absolutely disgusted with this chemist they are playing with people's lives.

Obviously gone to pick up my prescription went home opened one box of tablets taken a couple of my tablets then realised looking closer it was my name but different middle name and address obviously returned to pharmacy asking if I'd needed to go to hospital they replied no said your OK don't worry rang 111 explaining what had happened they was shocked sent straight to emergency care unit? Obviously been a x drug user they thought I would not report anything 111 as reported the pharmacy and I'm now taking Legal advice how they trying to make out it was no big deal wow
