The one near me ( Manor House Station) couldn't be better. All the staff goes above and beyond in the efforts to help. It is a 5 star pharmacy. | |||||||

I am horrified with the service in this pharmacy, the behaviour of the turkish pharmacist was disgusting, screaming and shouting at one of their customers claiming she was sworn at in turkish. The customer was asking for help but nobody stood up and helped her everyone was just looking around and watching. Then the manger comes over and doesn't even apologise for what has happened, continues to let her scream and shout while she is claming she won't give the ladies mothers medication who has MS. I am disgusting by what happened. The manger did not seem bothered by her behaviour and I doubt she will do anything about it. As a customer I will not be returning and do not recommend. | |||||||

Presciptions never ready despite given the stated time from request, called this morning 10 people outside waiting for just one assistant to open 15 minutes after stated opening time, who then could not seem to get to grips with the till.
