Collected drugs- was told part of the item was outstanding collect another day. Got home the number of drugs in box didn't match the number on box. Returned to collect my outstanding drugs as mentioned 2 days later- took drugs and box to show them with me and mentioned this. No acceptance of this- soln is they would ask for another prescription from Dr. Really? Stating me at fault I assume. Adament she was that she hadn't made mistake. So I must be lying is conclusion drawn - but not stated. Mistakes happen. I know they split packs to fulfill orders- but they need to assess their system, own up to human error. They are too busy and have taken on more patients as other Pharmacies have closed. Unsatisfactory. Left feeling disappointed. Pharmacist admitted it was last box on shelf- on the day. Perhaps if she'd checked the contents In box, it wasn't sealed, before handing it out she'd realise some had been taken out for a previous order. ( The number missing is 28 days worth) Hmm a months worth from a pack of 60. I will count every drug in a box before I leave that store next time. I wish there was a better Pharmacy option near me to go to- but there is not. Total denial of any probable error, just blanket refusal. I can see similar comments about missing drugs in orders mentioned before online. Makes you wonder doesn't it.

Delivery driver is extremely fast and aggressive driving on the wrong side of the road and tries to get me to back up when he is on my side of the road. he bumps my wing mirror and then drives off like a mad man. if you have an email address i will send you the video from my cars dash cam
