Such a slow service. You’re lucky if you only have to visit twice to pick-up a prescription. If you do visit twice you’ll have waited in line so long it’s bonkers. Rude staff as well and Asda customer services aren’t interested.

Waited 3 hrs, kept saying it won't be long. Staff member was extremely rude and said don't give me a problem and told me to get some manners. I was shocked to say the least, I think asking what was happening with my prescription was an acceptable question, asked calmly. The gentleman refused to apologise to me and other customers were also genuinely shocked and concerned about the store assistants manner & stability, after overhearing the conversation. The lady Infront of me had also been waiting 4 hours and one customer was struggling for breath on the chair waiting for her medication. This is not acceptable.
