Very poor customer service very condescending staff . I use to have a repeat prescription and have now moved on as they use to get my prescription wrong ever time also I have allergies to some of the medication! They had notes on their Sui which no one reads and each time I had to go the other same scenario of having to explain I was allergic to this make could they change it and all I got was attitude! They obviously don’t care if a customer has allergies and has a bad reaction! Shocking care for a chemist

Do not call or visit this chemist in an emergency. They have just refused a replacement ventilin (asthma) pump for a patient with an existing lung disease (COPD) after one was lost. The employee was more interested in leaving on time (just before 6pm) and suggested I return tomorrow afternoon at the earliest. Shockingly bad practice considering the patients records show he regularly has this prescribed.
