After using this chemist in the last 30 years I always rated Raj and Team but since the new rude, arrogant attitude of the new team has arrived their customer service is NIL. I am logging a formal complaint with GPhC regarding the conduct of 2 of the staff. Their attitude was rude and condescending but also that a licensed drug has gone astray from my prescription. Fuming is a understatement, Raj is fab along with the old staff Maria, April etc but this new bunch words cannot describe how their mannerism is portrayed disgusting would be a good word.
