I've lived in Holmes Chapel all my life, I've never had any issues with the Pharmacy or Staff. Since the Pharmacy has been taken over, the staff have all been so lovely and helpful Kat has transformed the window displays and interior of the shop. She is kind and helpful. Suzanne is a fantastic member of staff and always has a smile. Laura is probably one of the longest serving staff member and does so much behind the scenes to make sure everyone is sorted out with there medication there and then or she will do whatever she can to sort out any issues. A not for some customers, please be kind always, working in a shop, customer relations is a difficult job. If you go in with a positive attitude and be patient. Sadly I've been a witness to abuse of the staff from the moment sone people enter the shop.

I've always had good service from the staff and pharmacist at the Holmes Chapel Pharmacy. I've lived here all my life and I'm saddened when I read bad review's about the shop/staff etc. Being from a retail back ground and Customer Care, I understand how difficult it can be with the general public sometimes Please be kind to staff and learn that there is a lot of stuff that goes on behind the scenes. For instance they go out of their way to make sure each customer is served in a polite and respectful way.
