Impossible to get through on the phone as they leave it open! Staff is ignorant, uneducated, they never have enough stock, although it’s a repeat prescription, the place looks filthy and unwelcoming. One always has to queue for ages even for over the counter staff.

Their staff seems to change frequently. They need better training. Also they stopped the test messaging service to tell you when your repeat prescription is ready for collection. You have to guess when to go next or go when medication is finished. Either way, service standard and quality has dropped.
