Repeat prescription incomplete. Prescription only half - I told assistant but she said only one item had been requested. I went to Receptionist who said both items had been sent through at same time, and gave me a bar code to take back to chemist who then said they were faultless, and made me wait another 15 minutes before the other item was given to me. Total chaos, much waiting and frustration. |

Diabolical service form Lloyds chemist at Thornton Medical Centre. They never have my prescription ready even 2 weeks after ordering it online !! Every person that came in after me didnt have their prescriptions ready or couldnt find them. this chemist should have their licence to supply taken off them as they dont seem to be able to cope with the amount of people wanting prescriptions. Also closes for 1 hour between 1 & 2pm . If the company paid for more staff perhaps they could work more efficiently. Today I have just wasted another 45 mins of my time waiting for my prescription which still couldnt be made up so have to make another trip tommorow. Extremely frustrating for me and all other customers |

During my earlier lunch hour, went to Lloyds to pick up my regular prescription which was ordered over 2 weeks ago and waited in queue for over half an hour to be told it would be about another 15 minutes because it wasn't made up. I always have to wait but not like this. I didn't have another 15 minutes because had to get back to work so left without my prescription and extremely annoyed and unhappy, the lady didn't even seem to think it was a problem. What a complete and utter waste of time and no lunch. I have just changed my nominated pharmacy and will see how the new one goes, can’t be any worse! |
